Microsoft copies features, attempts to patent

Microsoft is attempting to patent the “Object Test Bench”, a feature implemented in Visual Studio which was inspired by the “Object Bench” which has been implemented in BlueJ for quite some time. BlueJ is an IDE designed specifically for introductory teaching.
